“As the Operations Manager at the Mendoza Agency, I bring both a background in education and four years of experience in the insurance industry. Born and raised in the Bronx, I spent time in Albany for college before returning home to continue my career journey.

I entered insurance as a newcomer but quickly immersed myself in all areas of sales and service. Today, my focus is on growing my leadership skills and guiding both my team and our clients. What excites me most about this work is the variety each day offers and the opportunity to help people better understand how insurance impacts their lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new experiences, from trying restaurants to traveling to new places. I also run a baking business, Confections by Cat, where I create custom treats for events. Looking ahead, I’m passionate about launching initiatives to support the homeless and fight hunger, with plans to put them into action in 2026.”
