“I grew up in Bogotá, Colombia, surrounded by family and a culture that instilled resilience and warmth. My education has been an important part of my journey. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and later expanded my studies in Australia, where I completed a Business Administration certificate.

My career path led me to the insurance field, where I’ve gained valuable insight into how essential it is to provide clients with clear, reliable service. As a Customer Experience Representative at the Mendoza Agency, I’m passionate about helping clients feel supported and confident in their insurance decisions. I also take pride in contributing to our team with strong communication skills, dedication, and a client-first mindset.

Outside of work, I enjoy personal development books, spending time with my dog, Coconut, and finding balance through activities like dance classes or simply relaxing with a good series. My family and I also have a tradition of raising funds during the holiday season to provide toys for children in need – something that brings me great joy and fulfillment!”
